Please tell us about your career prior to joining the company.
MUB was my first job change, and my previous job was in the same industry; I had been with one company for almost 10 years and gained a lot of experience, but I changed jobs because I felt I had reached my limits in my growth.
Why did you choose this job (company)?
In my previous job, I had experience as a PG, SE, PM, and infrastructure, but most of my work was in-house and it was impossible for me to choose the content of my work. I found that I really liked manufacturing and solving problems, and I decided to join MUB because I was told that I could choose the type of work I was interested in in the form of technical support at MUB.
What do you find interesting about your job?
I have always liked the idea of creating something, and while it is possible for PGs and SEs to manufacture whatever they want, I find it very interesting to be able to design something by myself that solves problems and satisfies requirements. I also feel that it is very valuable to be able to be involved with people who think from different perspectives, and to realize that there are many different perspectives.
What is the atmosphere like at your workplace?
It’s a lot of fun. There are many people I can respect who have more experience than I do, and even though they are young, they have a thirst for knowledge and are growing rapidly, so I think it is an environment where we can engage in friendly competition.
What do you expect from your new colleagues?
We want you to make the most of your abilities, and we are willing to cooperate with you to achieve this. And we want to have a relationship where we can help each other.
