With respect to the protection of all personal information handled by our company, we are fully aware of our social mission and comply with laws and regulations regarding the protection of the rights of the individual and personal information. In addition, we hereby declare that we have established a personal information protection management system to realize the following policy, and that we will make company-wide efforts to continuously improve the system while always being aware of the latest trends in IT technology, changes in social demands, and changes in the business environment.

Formulation of basic policy
The Society has established and published a “Personal Information Protection Policy” to ensure that personal information is handled appropriately in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law and related laws and regulations.

Based on the above “Personal Information Protection Policy”, the Company has established regulations that stipulate basic matters concerning the handling of personal information and the necessary and appropriate measures to be taken for the safe management of personal data as follows.

Organizational Safety Control Measures
The Company has appointed a general manager responsible for the security management of personal data, a department to assist the general manager, and a manager at each department handling personal data, and has established a system to take measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage according to the nature of the business, as well as to educate personal data handlers and report incidents of information leaks, etc.
In addition, the department handling personal data prepares a handling ledger and other records as a means of confirming the status of the handling of personal data.

Personnel safety control measures
In addition to concluding confidentiality agreements regarding personal data at the time of employment contracts for employees, etc., the personal data manager provides necessary and appropriate education and training to employees, etc. regarding the safe management of personal data after their employment.

Physical Safety Control Measures
In order to prevent unauthorized entry or removal of information, the Company has taken measures to prevent theft or loss of personal data, including access control, locked storage of documents and data containing personal data, encryption, password protection, and immobilization of equipment that handles personal data.

Technical Safety Control Measures
We take measures to control access to information systems that handle personal data, to identify and remember access persons, to prevent unauthorized access, etc., to prevent information leaks by encrypting data and protecting it with passwords, and to monitor information systems.
