A workplace where you can grow along with the company
For myself, the company I joined as a new graduate was primarily an IT technician support company, so I was able to learn new technologies and work styles in a variety of environments.
Although I had accumulated both experience and achievements, I wanted to change the current situation with no change, so I decided to change to MUB where I could make use of my experience and take on new challenges.
After moving to MUB, he worked in engineering support services and now serves as a director and executive officer in the contracting division.
The wide range of experience I have gained in the form of IT technician support has been very helpful in my current work in the contracting division.
MUB operates on two axes, “contracted development” and “IT engineer support,” allowing each engineer to work in an environment where he or she can shine.
MUB started operations in 2014 and is currently in a growth phase.
The atmosphere in the company is that of friendly people and a calm corporate culture.
I believe that this is a workplace where I can grow as the company grows.
