#05 Senior Interview

Technology sharing is
ready-made environment

Joined mid-career in 2018
Contract Business Department Mr. F.K.

Please tell us about your career prior to joining the company.

In my previous job, when I first joined the company, I worked as an in-house SE, responsible for setting up PCs and maintaining the company’s internal servers. Later, I was reassigned and worked as customer support, handling inquiries from customers about the system.

Why did you choose this job (company)?

In the course of providing customer support at my previous job, I became acutely aware of my own lack of technical skills and began looking for a new job in order to improve my skills.
During the interview, I was introduced to MUB as a company where I would be able to start programming shortly after joining, and I decided to join MUB because I thought it matched my hopes.

What do you find interesting about your job?

It is good for inexperienced and young people to be exposed to new technologies.

What is the atmosphere like at your workplace?

I think it is harmonious. Also (and this goes back to the previous point), I think it is good that there is not only QA from the elders to the younger generation, but also technology sharing from the younger generation to the elders.

What do you expect from your new colleagues?

We are looking forward to hearing from you if you are able to proactively investigate questions on your own.
