Please tell us about your career prior to joining the company.
I worked for 7 years in the same SES as now, creating in-house web applications for a major insurance company.
Why did you choose this job (company)?
With the Corona craze and major changes in my personal life, I thought it was time to change my working environment! I started to look for a new job. At my previous job, customers were basically assigned to different departments and I had few options, but I decided to join MUB because I was attracted to the environment where each engineer was consulted according to his or her own situation and where each engineer’s wishes were thoroughly listened to. Another deciding factor was the good impression I received from the person in charge of human resources.
What do you find interesting about your job?
I like digesting the tasks themselves, and I find it interesting that there are various ways to make it worthwhile, such as learning the specifications of the application and creating tools to make it easier for me later in the process.
What is the atmosphere like at your workplace?
At MUB, I feel at ease in the SES division because I have a sales representative who reflects my opinions and requests and a human resources department that pays close attention to details. Everyone in our own team is rather friendly. Each of us has a different site, but we meet face to face once a month for team meetings. Personally, I would like to increase the frequency of our face-to-face meetings.
What do you expect from your new colleagues?
We welcome those who can find enjoyment in our work and those who are willing to give us their opinions on various matters. If only certain members speak up, our heads will be stuck in the sand, so we are looking forward to hearing from those who can be a breath of fresh air!
