Why did you choose this job (company)?
I became interested in IT after taking an information class as an elective during my school days, and I chose this job because I thought it would be a very rewarding job where the functions I implemented would be useful to people around the world.
What do you find interesting about your job?
The interesting part of this job is that we go through a trial-and-error process of how to write the source code for a given requirement or issue, and then the code is completed and the functionality is useful to the people of the world.
What is the atmosphere like at your workplace?
It is easy to concentrate on one’s own work and to talk to seniors and others in a relaxed atmosphere.
What do you feel you have grown since joining the company?
What started out as minor code modifications became a series of assignments from design documents to coding for a single function or requirement.
